This policy explains what information RJ Tree Service (“we”) collects through rjtreeservice.com and what we do with it. In short: we use what you send us to answer your request, and nothing else.

When you ask for an estimate, you give us your name, phone number, e-mail address, the address or town of the property, a description of the job and, if you choose, photos of the tree. We use this only to contact you, look at the job and give you a price. We do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Requests are stored securely on the server that runs this website and delivered to our e-mail. We keep them as long as we need them to do the work and keep our business records, then delete them.

The website itself uses only the cookies it needs to work (for example to protect the estimate form from spam). With your permission, we use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. In the cookie banner you can accept all, reject all, or choose with “Customize” – necessary cookies are always on, analytics only with your consent. You can change your choice any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. We do not use advertising cookies.
